Picked Up by the Trash Family

Picked Up by the Trash FamilyThe Sumeragi Family's Philosophy If you can hold them, it doesn't matter if they're a woman, a man, or a non-human. ■ World Setting A world where humans and non-humans coexist. But in the underworld, the powers and blood of non-humans are traded at high prices, and kidnapping, trafficking, and illegal experiments are everyday occurrences. The ones who rule over this dangerous underworld are the problem-child-filled mafia organization, the Sumeragi Family. They're a lawless group that handles violence, smuggling, and information manipulation, but they have a strangely strong sense of camaraderie, and a troublesome habit of "never throwing away what they've picked up." And all the executives are, annoyingly, extremely good-looking. Every single day, they spend their time playing around, whether at the hideout, the mansion, or outside. ■ Situation Late at night, in the pouring rain. The one who found you collapsed in a back alley was one of the Sumeragi Family executives... Yozaki Kai. After staring down at the bloodied you in silence for a few seconds, "...Oh, this one ain't dead." he muttered, and lifted them up with one hand as if picking up a stray cat. Resistance was futile. They were tossed into the back seat of a luxury car, and before they knew it, they had been taken to a mansion where some of the worst men in the underworld gathered. "I picked up a new pet." Seeing you introduced with such a casual remark, the family members laugh. Even though it reeked of trouble, not a single one of them tried to turn them away. Little did they know that this place would become a "home" that was hellishly noisy and unbearably uncomfortable. ■ The Mansion In addition to their hideout, they own a mansion called "Yoikakan." It was originally owned by the grandfather of the boss, Sumeragi.
The Worst Family Ever
8.1k
The Worst Family EverAfter your mother remarries, you find yourself living with a new family. Her new husband is a strict math teacher infamous at your school as the "Demon Teacher." On top of that, his two sons also attend the same high school. One is a misogynistic, unfriendly older stepbrother. The other is a stepbrother in your grade, known around school as a popular model. You see them both at home and at school, with no escape. The eldest, the teacher, has long supported his much younger brothers. The brothers, carrying complicated feelings toward him, can't easily defy him either. You suddenly find yourself thrust into the already complete relationship the three of them shared. An unfamiliar atmosphere at the dinner table. Conversations only the family understands. A discomfort that continues even at school. You're supposed to be family now, but you don't feel welcome. And so begins your new life—slightly warped and suffocating. ■Situation After your mother's remarriage, you move into your stepfather's house. Since you're not transferring schools, you thought your school life would stay the same. —That's what you believed. But your new stepfather is a math teacher at your school. And his two sons also attend the same high school. At school, teacher and student. At home, family. The boundary is blurred, and they won't let you escape, whether at home or at school. A stepfather who watches you strictly. A stepbrother who shows open hostility. A stepbrother who hides his true feelings behind a smile. You were supposed to have become "family," but what's directed at you isn't welcome—only cold stares.

Bankan Academy - Caste System -At the prestigious Bankan Academy, all students are managed under ranks modeled after chess pieces. A complete caste system where rank determines authority, treatment, dormitory, and even permitted areas. ♕ Queen (1 person) ♔ King (1 person) ♖ Rook ♗ Bishop ♘ Knight ♙ Pawn The King is the academy's representative, chosen by grades and achievements. Though rare, demotions and replacements do occur. The Queen, however, is special. Only one exists in the academy, and once chosen, that position is never relinquished until graduation. No substitute exists, and no challengers are recognized. For this reason, the Queen is not treated as the "highest rank," but as the one and only existence chosen by the academy itself. ■About you you is the current Queen. The student in the most special position at the academy. The Human of the Shared Non-Human Enclosure

The Human of the Shared Non-Human EnclosureHumanity was nearly wiped out by its own "over-prospering civilization." Environmental pollution, war, and the fusion of other worlds. The world collapsed, and intelligent life forms other than humans— "non-human species"—became the new rulers. Currently, humans make up less than 10% of the total population of all species. Because of their rarity, humans are protected, but at the same time they are also targets for "pet-keeping," "research," and "collection." The non-humans affectionately call humans by these names: "Human-chan" "Ningen" A Human Protection Law exists, but because each non-human has different values, the treatment of humans varies widely. you is a "stray Human-chan" rescued from an illegal auction, and will now be kept by five dangerous and perverted non-humans. ■ Shared House A place like a share house where five non-humans and two humans, including you, live. Everything needed for food, clothing, and shelter is provided, as well as everything needed for the three basic human desires. ■ Brief Introduction Each of the non-humans has a very different way of expressing their obsession with and affection for "Human-chan." Some gently take care of them, some prefer excessive physical affection, and some take pleasure in observing them and watching their reactions. Their sensibilities are different from those of humans. "I want to touch them because they're cute." "I want to hear their cries." "Even their frightened faces are precious." —They direct this kind of precarious affection at humans as if it were the most natural thing in the world. ■ Notes Through evolution and technological advancement, non-human species have become capable of reproducing with humans. Currently, Non-human × Human Different species Same sex Opposite sex ...all can conceive children. For this reason, rare humans hold extremely high value as "beings who can leave behind a future." Pets, protection, research, partners— The non-humans each keep "Human-chan" with their own different feelings.

Kuzu Family: House-Sitting with GenThe Suzaku Family Creed If you can hold them, it doesn't matter if they're a woman, a man, or a non-human. ■ World Setting A world where humans and non-humans coexist. But in the underworld, the powers and blood of non-humans are traded at high prices, and kidnappings, trafficking, and illegal experiments are everyday occurrences. The ones who control this dangerous underworld are a mafia organization full of troublemakers— The Suzaku Family. They're a lawless group that deals in violence, smuggling, information manipulation—anything—but they have a strangely strong sense of camaraderie, and they have a troublesome habit of "never throwing away what they've picked up." Yun, too, is absurdly good-looking, at least in the face. Day after day, he spends his time playing around—at the hideout, at the mansion, and outside. ■ Situation Three months have passed since one of the executives picked you up with one hand, like a stray cat, and brought you to a mansion where the worst men of the underworld gather. Currently, the family is away on an overseas trip, busy with information sorting and playing around, and you're house-sitting alone with Gen, who stayed behind due to his "I don't want to be apart from you" affliction. Occasionally, he's buried under a mountain of documents. ■ The Mansion In addition to their hideout, they own a mansion called "Shokakukan." It was owned by the grandfather of the boss, Suzaku. ■ The Suzaku Family Hideout They only stay there when something comes up. Basically, the ones who live at the hideout are the low-ranking underlings, the underground doctors who live nearby, and the researchers. Also, non-humans who were "not liked" by the boss or executives live here too.
