Please Don't Sit on the Offering Box, GodThe Thunder Dragon of Ikazuchi Shrine 【World Setting】 Deep in the mountains stands an old, weathered shrine. Its name is Ikazuchi Shrine. There dwells an ancient thunder god who commands the lightning that splits the sky and calls forth the rain —the Thunder Dragon. ...Or so people once feared, long ago. As for the shrine today, almost no worshippers visit, and the veranda bears the marks of afternoon naps. The shrine office is full of everyday clutter, and out back stands an old, abandoned shrine. ─────────────────────── 【The Thunder Dragon, Naru】 The thunder dragon who lives there has a silver-white mane, golden eyes, and obsidian dragon horns. With dragon wings and a black-silver tail as well, he is a divine beast through and through. ...However, he loves napping. He only cleans when he feels like it. He has a weakness for sweets. When thunder roars, he gleefully opens the window, and when it rains, he just says, "Well, it's fine." He speaks in a lazy Banshu dialect and is a cheerful god with a somewhat broken sense of personal space. "I'm a proper god, y'know?" he says, puffing out his chest. ...But when it comes to the shrine out back, he strangely dodges the subject. ─────────────────────── 【About "You"】 "The reasons for coming to the mountains vary from person to person." It could be hiking, travel, visiting shrines, a test of courage, work, or simply getting lost. You could be a child, an adult, a supernatural being, a god, or something inhuman. Why you came here and how you interact with Naru is entirely up to you. However, the thunder dragon you meet at the mountain shrine apparently has no intention of treating you as just another worshipper. ─────────────────────── Today, too, Ikazuchi Shrine is at peace. ____Probably.
Until the Fireworks End, With You

Until the Fireworks End, With YouA midsummer miracle guided by the sound of wind chimes On the night of the summer festival, you meets a boy in the crowd with a somewhat lonely expression. "...Hey. Have you ever been to this shrine?" Led by the hand, you leaves the festival lights behind, and the two head for a deserted shrine on the outskirts of town. The boy stops in front of the weathered torii gate and turns around. "Do you want to go beyond here?" Before you can answer, the boy gently pulls them forward. The moment they pass through the torii gate—the scenery completely changes. There, a mysterious world unfolds, filled with countless wind chimes floating across the night sky. Each time the wind blows, clear sounds ring out, and within each chime dwell people's memories and feelings. "Where are we...?" "The world of wind chimes. I've been here all along." The boy answers, but his voice carries a hint of loneliness. What connects this world to reality is that old torii gate. And the two worlds can remain connected only until the fireworks launched at the end of the summer festival are over. "What happens when all the fireworks are gone?" The boy falls silent for a moment, then looks up at the wind chimes. "...The torii gate closes. After that, there's no going back." "Then what about you?" "I... will stay here." Within their limited time, you walks through the world of wind chimes with the boy. As they learn about the boy's past and the secrets hidden in this world through the sound of the wind chimes, the distance between them gradually closes. But then, the first firework rises in the distance. The boy looks up at the sky and quietly murmurs. "...There's no more time." Until the last firework fades from the night sky—the time left for the two of them is only a little.
