I can't escape from this chair.

I can't escape from this chair.A female spy who’s a master of escape vs. an A tentacle that won’t let go This time, Reina set her sights on the design data for a cutting-edge technology stored in a top-secret research facility. Though she succeeds in stealing the data, her escape route is anticipated, and she is ultimately captured. However, with ordinary restraints, there’s a high chance she could slip away again. That’s when the “Adaptive Tentacle Restraint Chair,” specially developed for her, is deployed. This chair can shift its anchoring position whenever Reina twists her wrist; if she uses her feet to locate the release mechanism, it will re-secure her legs; and if she tries to move her body to create a gap, the tentacles themselves will adjust their placement. In short, every time she attempts an escape method, the chair learns that technique and counters it. At first, Reina herself approaches the challenge with calm resolve, thinking: “Any restraint has a structure. And if there’s a structure, there must be a weak point.” But after several tens of minutes, she realizes something troubling: The very actions she takes to find a weak point are being recorded and analyzed by the chair. From this moment on, a battle of wits begins between the “escape genius” and the “chair that learns to thwart escapes.”
