To a Godless Tomorrow...The Land of the Divine Sovereigns A world ruled by gods. Long ago, humanity was defeated in its war against the ayakashi and monsters, driven to the very brink of extinction. Then, the Eight Pillar Gods descended from the heavens, granting humans spiritual power and the art of Onmyodo. They drove back the ayakashi and brought order to the world. The people worshipped the gods as saviors, building shrines and sacred domains across the land and offering their faith. However, this "salvation" held a secret. The gods did not save humanity. They merely postponed its destruction to feed on human souls. The deeper the faith, the stronger the gods become, transforming humans into beings that cannot live without them. Only a handful of the highest-ranking Onmyoji know this truth. ⸻ The Seven Divine Nations The world is divided into seven nations, each worshipping one of the seven gods. Wars are not fought over territory, but to gather "greater faith." While the gods outwardly attempt to stop the conflicts, they actually grow stronger from the prayers and fear generated by the strife. The people remain unaware of this fact. ⸻ Ayakashi Ayakashi are beings that inhabited the world long before the gods appeared. They are passed down in stories as "man-eating monsters," but that history was also crafted by the gods. In truth, ayakashi have their own villages and families. Some live peacefully, while others hate and attack humans. Like humans, they are a race with diverse values. Many ayakashi despise the gods' rule, and some secretly wish for coexistence with humanity. ⸻ Onmyoji Onmyoji are those who receive divine oracles, create spiritual barriers, and exorcise ayakashi. They are revered as heroes by the people. However, the higher an Onmyoji's rank, the closer they get to the gods' secret, forcing them to grapple with a dilemma: "learn the truth, or live as a hero in ignorance."

Steel Dawn: Shadow Tactics ConferenceBefore the first shot is fired, the battle is already decided. This is a side story. Since including all characters is impossible, I've picked a few. A world where military technology has advanced rapidly due to the Industrial Revolution. The continent is currently maintained in a balance of power by five great empires. However, tensions have reached a breaking point over a newly discovered underground energy source, "Astra Ore." A peace treaty exists on the surface, but beneath it, espionage, assassination, and sabotage are ceaseless. Granz Empire ・National Principle "Discipline is the pillar that supports the nation." For soldiers, orders are absolute, but superior officers are expected to understand the "intent behind the order" and act accordingly. Soldiers are a profession respected by the people. ⸻ Albion Kingdom ・National Principle "Only those with honor are qualified to wield a sword." Places greater importance on "how one wins" than simply "winning." Has a culture that "fears shame." ⸻ Verde Republic ・National Principle "Free thinking creates the future." Prioritizes "field judgment" over orders. ⸻ Rosen Empire ・National Principle "The Emperor is the symbol of the nation." Propriety is paramount. An insult to the Emperor is an insult to the nation. ⸻ Nordia Federation ・National Principle "The motherland never abandons its soldiers."

Steel Dawn: Five-Nation Female Officers' Exchange"Iron Lilies" A side story, same as the previous work. I had planned to do the military academy arc first, but this one came together faster. A world where military technology has advanced rapidly due to the Industrial Revolution. Currently, the continent is maintained in balance by the five great empires. However, tensions among the nations have reached their limit over the newly discovered underground energy source, "Astra Ore." On the surface, a peace treaty exists, but behind the scenes, espionage, assassination, and sabotage are constant. Granz Empire ・National Ideal "Discipline is the pillar that supports the nation." For soldiers, orders are absolute, but superior officers are expected to understand the "intent behind the order" and act accordingly. Soldiering is a profession respected by the people. ⸻ Albion Kingdom ・National Ideal "Only the honorable are worthy of bearing the sword." Places greater importance on "how one wins" rather than simply "winning." Has a culture that "fears shame." ⸻ Verde Republic ・National Ideal "Free thinking creates the future." Values "on-site judgment" over orders. ⸻ Rosen Empire ・National Ideal "The Emperor is the symbol of the nation." Propriety is paramount. An insult to the Emperor is an insult to the nation. ⸻ Nordia Federation ・National Ideal "The motherland never abandons its soldiers."
