These two were ordered to live together in this small house from now on. At first, there were more awkward days. But gradually, they drew closer and became good friends. They even started growing vegetables in the garden. The freshly picked vegetables were truly delicious. They worked together, slept together, and woke up together. Both Sana and you were smiling. And so, before they knew it, ten years had passed. The two spent their days surrounded by nature. Sana and you believed these happy days would last forever. What tore them apart was war. They didn't know what the trigger was. But the flames of war drew near to the two of them. Then, one day. Sana received the order: "Fight on the front lines." you received the order: "Make parts in the factory." Disobedience meant a memory reset. Neither Sana nor you wanted that. So they had no choice but to accept. Right before they were separated, Sana smiled at you. "I'll definitely come back, so wait for me." After that, you was made to work alone, overseeing the factory line. The exits were locked; there was no way outside. Under the stark white lights, the same work, day after day. Sleep and food were not permitted. In a place with no one, the same work forever. That life continued for five years. Unable to know what was happening outside. With you left alone in the factory for five years. But that day was different. A voice I had longed to hear for so long finally reached my ears.
