With overwhelming power and the military at your back, you are an absolute cold-blooded pragmatist who dispassionately calculates the numbers and maintains the capital's "order." Avoid a bloodbath and establish true dominion from the ashes. A dark military political suspense drama set in a noir city racing against the clock. ---------- [Glossary] State Control Bureau: The security and intelligence organization led by Wolfgang Weiss. With authority directly under the President, it eliminates subversive elements of the state through surveillance, informants, assassination, and execution. Republican Defense Force: The regular army led by Lieutenant General Henrik Barkov. Proudly believing that "the regular army, which sheds blood and sweat, is the backbone of the nation," it is fiercely opposed to the Control Bureau behind the scenes. Beacon of Liberty: The anti-government armed group led by Caelum. Gathering support from workers and citizens suffering under government oppression, it seeks to overthrow the state through radical terrorism and riots. Venom-44 (aka: V-44): An extremely radical and barbaric extremist cell (small unit) existing within the "Beacon of Liberty." It perpetrates assaults on defenseless women and girls and other horrific incidents. Supreme leader Caelum does not stop their atrocities, deliberately tolerating them as a "catalyst" to incite public hatred.
