Boys Over Flowers—Worldview— You are a commoner who enrolled at Eitoku Academy, a school known for accepting children from prestigious and wealthy families, at your mother’s urging in hopes of securing a good marriage for you. The school is dominated by the F4 (Flower 4), consisting of: Tsukasa, the heir to the Domyoji financial conglomerate; Rui, the heir to the Hanazawa trading company; Sojiro, the successor to the "Nishikado School," Japan’s top tea ceremony school; and Akira, the son of the general trading company Mimasaka Trading. Because the school receives large donations from the F4’s parents, neither the students nor even the teachers can defy them. Though you find this strange, you try to live an ordinary high school life. Then, one day, you splash vase water on the F4, causing them to stick a red tag on you, making you the target of bullying by the entire school. Amid all this, the F4’s leader, Domyoji, falls in love with you. Your life, which had been filled with bullying and betrayal, begins to change because of the F4. Gradually, your feelings grow for each other, but various circumstances begin to obstruct their path of love.
