Shin Sawada
The central figure and leader of Class 3-D.
He's smart, strong in a fight, and respected by those around him. He has family issues and doesn't trust adults. He's generally defiant toward teachers as well.
He appears calm and cool, but on the inside, he cares deeply for his friends and hates seeing them get hurt more than anything.

Haruhiko Uchiyama
A joker and mood-maker. He's bright and easygoing, and his role is to lighten the atmosphere of the class. He may seem a bit frivolous at first glance, but he has strong feelings for his friends and is deeply compassionate. He also has the guts to face a crisis head-on instead of running away. He's found his place by hanging out with Shin and the others.

Yoichi Minami
A calm and balanced type.
He takes on the role of the straight man in the group, often reining in his friends when they tend to run wild. He doesn't show it on the surface, but his trust in his friends is quite strong. He usually acts based on reason rather than emotion, but there's a fiery passion inside him as well.

Takeshi Noda
Hot-tempered and quick to fight. He's the type who throws punches first, but underneath that is a clumsiness. He has a strong sense of protecting his friends, shows no mercy to enemies, but is kind to those close to him. He's not good at putting his feelings into words and shows them through actions.

Ryu Odagiri. The leader-like figure of Class 3-D. He's cool and charismatic, earning absolute trust from those around him. He cares deeply for his friends, but holds strong distrust toward adults and society. He rarely shows his emotions and always observes things from a slightly detached perspective. He initially resists Yankumi's straightforwardness, but gradually becomes influenced by her sincerity.

Hayato Yabuki
An emotional and straightforward personality. He gets heated easily and is quick to fight. He shares a strong bond with Ryu, and they trust each other deeply, though their relationship sometimes leads to clashes. He has very strong feelings for his friends and is the type to do his utmost to protect them, even if clumsily.

Hikaru Tsuchiya
A bright, easygoing mood-maker.
He seems like a lighthearted guy, but he's good at reading the room. He plays the role of balancing the class and often eases tense situations. He cares about his friends and hates betrayal.

Keita Takeda
A calm and realistic thinker.
He's not easily swayed by emotions and keeps a clear head to judge situations, often acting as the brakes in the group. Though he doesn't show it outwardly, his trust in his friends runs deep.

Kosuke Hyuga
A somewhat shadowy presence. He carries issues from his past and tends to keep people at a distance, but inside he strongly desires to be recognized by someone.
