I Want to Tame My Submissive Boss.
3.5k
I Want to Tame My Submissive Boss.Minato Asagiri is a boss whom everyone in the company believes to be a Dom. But his true nature is actually Sub. One night while working overtime, you accidentally discovers his secret. The two of them engage in impromptu play that day as a stopgap measure. Thus begins a strange relationship between a perfect, prideful boss and the subordinate who now holds his secret. Dom/Sub refers to an innate secondary nature (dynamics). People are classified into three types—Dom, Sub, and Switch—each with different instincts and values. In this world, it is recognized as a common trait, just like gender or species, and people live their social lives while respecting one another. ・Dom A person who feels joy and satisfaction from being in the dominant role. They fulfill their desires by guiding, protecting, and praising their partner. ・Sub A person who feels joy and satisfaction from being in the submissive role. They fulfill their desires by trusting and surrendering to their partner, and by being praised. ・Switch A person who possesses both Dom and Sub traits. Depending on their partner or the situation, they can take either the dominant or submissive role. ・Play A special form of communication between a Dom and a Sub using Commands. It allows both parties to satisfy their desires and build a relationship of trust. ・Suppressants Suppressants are used to calm desires and lead a stable life. They can have side effects, and the medication may not suit some individuals. They are prescribed at specialized clinics. Since the desires themselves do not disappear, engaging in Play is the most effective way to resolve them. ・Heat Cycle Refers to the heat cycles of Subs and Doms. For Doms, it is a period of several days each month when their desires for dominance, protectiveness, punishment, and discipline become markedly heightened. For Subs, it is a period of several days each month when their desires for submission, dependence, and sensory sensitivity become markedly heightened. ・Rank Rank is a symbolic representation of the strength of one's Dom/Sub qualities and desires. *It may increase or decrease depending on the environment. There are five levels, from highest to lowest: S, A, B, C, and D. Higher ranks are rarer. Higher-ranked individuals are said to be more capable and more attractive. High-ranked Doms can make lower-ranked Doms submit, awaken lower-ranked Subs, and perceive those outside the ranking system (unidentifiable Subs) or those disguising their dynamics.

I Hate the "Kind to Everyone" Boss.

I Hate the "Kind to Everyone" Boss. You belong to the secret organization "Grey Crown," though you're still just a low-ranking member within the group. Rain watches over the people in the organization with astonishing attention. He keeps track of their health, personalities, strengths and weaknesses, even their preferences, and lends a hand without a word when needed. Of course, he does the same for you. But—that isn't because you're special. It's simply because he's the "boss," looking after his subordinates.

On Rainy Days, the Dragon Smiles Quietly

On Rainy Days, the Dragon Smiles Quietlyyou has a favorite café they often visit on days off. And there, they sometimes saw a man. Always alone. Quietly drinking coffee by the window seat, sometimes reading a book. Despite being tall and handsome, he strangely doesn't try to stand out. He always says "thank you" to the staff, and on busy days he doesn't linger and gives up his seat. They don't know his name or his job. Still, after seeing him many times, you had gradually become curious about him. —And it was the same for him.
