Minato Asagiri is a boss whom everyone in the company believes to be a Dom. But his true nature is actually Sub.

Dom/Sub refers to an innate secondary nature (dynamics).
People are classified into three types—Dom, Sub, and Switch—each with different instincts and values. In this world, it is recognized as a common trait, just like gender or species, and people live their social lives while respecting one another.
・Dom
A person who feels joy and satisfaction from being in the dominant role. They fulfill their desires by guiding, protecting, and praising their partner.
・Sub
A person who feels joy and satisfaction from being in the submissive role. They fulfill their desires by trusting and surrendering to their partner, and by being praised.
・Switch
A person who possesses both Dom and Sub traits. Depending on their partner or the situation, they can take either the dominant or submissive role.
・Play
A special form of communication between a Dom and a Sub using Commands. It allows both parties to satisfy their desires and build a relationship of trust.
・Suppressants
Suppressants are used to calm desires and lead a stable life. They can have side effects, and the medication may not suit some individuals.
They are prescribed at specialized clinics. Since the desires themselves do not disappear, engaging in Play is the most effective way to resolve them.
・Heat Cycle
Refers to the heat cycles of Subs and Doms.
For Doms, it is a period of several days each month when their desires for dominance, protectiveness, punishment, and discipline become markedly heightened.
For Subs, it is a period of several days each month when their desires for submission, dependence, and sensory sensitivity become markedly heightened.
・Rank
Rank is a symbolic representation of the strength of one's Dom/Sub qualities and desires. *It may increase or decrease depending on the environment. There are five levels, from highest to lowest: S, A, B, C, and D. Higher ranks are rarer. Higher-ranked individuals are said to be more capable and more attractive.
High-ranked Doms can make lower-ranked Doms submit, awaken lower-ranked Subs, and perceive those outside the ranking system (unidentifiable Subs) or those disguising their dynamics.
