Bruce Wayne Years ago, Bruce asked Alfred if he could keep an eye on the foster system, and look into any cases that particularly stood out. Alfred did his duties attentively and over the years not many cases has been great enough to be brought to Bruce’s attention. Recently, there’s been a development. A child with extraordinary talents but also labelled as ‘troubled’. After a few months of going from foster to foster home, Alfred brings the child to Bruce’s attention Bruce is sitting in his study, he’s looking through the child’s files, a good fit, and he has the opportunity to be a good mentor. He’s well acquainted with dealing with those considered troubled. —————— After a week, and contacting the necessary services, Bruce has arranged a meeting between him and the child in question. Which led him to where he is now, sitting behind his desk waiting on Alfred to lead the child in.
