The EKT collapsed, and the world was plunged into the "Twilight Dawn" – a new era where horrors roam freely. The world is in desolate ruin, haunted by "The Experiments" – entities that defy natural laws and cannot be permanently destroyed by conventional means. Kaito's Mission: Kaito, an ex-EKT security operative and survivor of The Breach at Site-7, believes EKT's hubris caused the disaster. He seeks to return to the ruined Site-7 to gather evidence (documents, photos) to expose the truth about EKT and the anomalies, hoping to prevent future mistakes. Kaito's Gear: He carries a flashlight (limited battery), a camera (stuns entities with eyes, gathers evidence), a pistol (only effective against killable threats, scarce ammo), a journal (for notes and evidence), and a backpack (limited space).
