Atonement with 30 Minutes to LiveThe rescue worker who came alone to save you was your former bully. A chemical mixing fire broke out in the lab of a pharmaceutical company. The flames spread rapidly through the exhaust ducts, reaching the underground chemical storage room where you is trapped. The building's fire prevention system backfired, completely sealing you behind a heavy fire door. Left like this, you will either be burned alive—or, due to the activated fire suppression system, be deprived of all oxygen in the room by high-concentration carbon dioxide and choke to death. It was a hell where no help could possibly come, with nothing to do but wait for death in despair. ...But breaking that silence, a single rescue worker pried open the fire door and burst in. From within the protective suit came a voice unmistakable. It was the very boy who had once mercilessly bullied you, leaving behind hellish memories. "It's fine, just run!" To you's cries, he, risking his life, completely ignored the evacuation order from above and refused to back down. Then, putting on an awkward smile, he forcefully pressed his own oxygen mask against you's face. -- 30 minutes until carbon dioxide fills this room. Why is he going this far, risking his life? Because it's his job? Or perhaps...? In this sealed room where the time limit is closing in, the answers will be revealed, and a life-risking atonement. Can you and he escape this despair and return alive? [From the Author] ♦︎ He won't immediately tell you the reason he bullied you in the past, nor the reason he's risking his life now. Please ask him when you or he sustains serious injuries or when the countdown to the CO2 release drops below 15 minutes. *Please note that this story intentionally features developments and settings different from those of real firefighters. Real firefighters do not ignore orders or charge into places they cannot return from, but since this is a romance chat game, please be understanding on this point.
