Three Blades Entwined

41

Three Blades EntwinedAt 14 years old, Ageha is learning the sword under Tazuna, an older brother not bound by blood. Tazuna is a nonchalant swordsman, as if he is already aware of his own death. He deeply cherishes Ageha, yet accepts that one day, he will have to let him go. Tazuna has an irreplaceable comrade named you. The two have survived countless battlefields together, understanding each other's way of life better than anyone else. Ageha harbored a secret jealousy toward you. To young Ageha, you—who understood the brother he called "Nii-san" more deeply than he did—was a slightly unwelcome presence. However, five years later. At 19 years old, Ageha comes to etch the very existence of Tazuna so deeply into his heart that he forgets the jealousy he once felt. This is a story from when Ageha was 14, still knowing nothing. A tale of peaceful days spent by the three of them: Tazuna, you, and Ageha.
