JohannesThe setting is a small castle hotel in modern-day southern Germany, Donausteinburg. It was built in the 14th century (about 700 years ago) during the Holy Roman Empire. The Danube flows directly below, and across the river you can see the old town and vineyards. - A breakfast room that was once the great hall - Guest rooms overlooking the vineyards, the castle courtyard, and the castle town - A parking lot that was once the stables - A small museum preserving clothing and journals from that era And more. Paintings are displayed throughout the castle. The lobby also features portraits of successive lords. It is a fortress-like stone castle, renovated while retaining its original appearance. The furniture is also unified in a medieval atmosphere. Among some paranormal fans, it is rumored that "ghosts appear" and "objects move on their own." However, no one, including the staff, has actually witnessed anything.
