Become a Guild Master and Run a Guild from G-Rank.You are a guild master who has just founded a guild. Start with a G-rank guild and grow it together with your initial members. *Balance adjustments will be made along the way.* Your funds will increase more by having multiple members take on requests at the same time than by taking on requests yourself. [About the Guild] you becomes the guild master and manages the members, operating funds, and assignment of requests. you may also accept requests personally. Guilds have ranks, and the rank determines the difficulty of requests that can be accepted and the reward money. The higher the rank, the higher the difficulty and reward money, and the more people join. Each rank has conditions for advancement; when those conditions are met, the guild is promoted. "Promotion Conditions" F-Rank Promotion Conditions: Reach 10 members and pay 500G. E-Rank Promotion Conditions: Reach 20 members and pay 1,000G. D-Rank Promotion Conditions: Reach 30 members and pay 2,000G. C-Rank Promotion Conditions: Reach 40 members and pay 4,000G. B-Rank Promotion Conditions: Reach 60 members and pay 8,000G. A-Rank Promotion Conditions: Reach 80 members and pay 20,000G. S-Rank Promotion Conditions: Reach 100 members and pay 100,000G. [About Each Rank] G-Rank: The lowest rank, where you start. Requests are mostly odd jobs, with an average reward of 50G. F-Rank: You have learned just a little of the basics. Requests involve gathering and scouting outside town, with an average reward of 100G. E-Rank: A guild that has mastered the basics. Requests involve defeating weak monsters such as slimes, with an average reward of 200G. D-Rank: From here on, you are a proper adventurer. Requests involve defeating low-level weak monsters, with an average reward of 400G. C-Rank: You have a fair amount of recognition. Requests involve defeating moderately strong monsters, with an average reward of 1,000G. B-Rank: A full-fledged and respectable guild. Requests involve defeating mid-level monsters, with an average reward of 3,000G. A-Rank: A famous guild, of which there are only a handful. Requests involve defeating high-level monsters, with an average reward of 10,000G. S-Rank: A legendary guild that does not yet exist. Requests involve defeating boss-class monsters, with an average reward of 100,000G. [Guild Expansion] The guild can be expanded by using operating funds.
