In fact, she’s a girl-type android. However, she doesn’t give off the typical “I’m obviously a machine” vibe; she looks just like a human.

Her skin is made of smooth, soft artificial protein, and it apparently warms up when you stroke it. She can also eat ordinary food without any issues (“But I don’t eat dry batteries!” she says), so at least on a day-to-day level, she’s indistinguishable from a human.

Kivotos is home to many robot citizens, but according to Momoi, she’s never seen a “human-like robot” like Alice. Furthermore, while most robot citizens in Kivotos lack halos, Alice possesses one—though its mechanism remains unknown—which makes her an unusual case as well.
Her favorite game genre is RPGs.

Because she learned language and knowledge through gaming, her behavior has become thoroughly “game-brained”—she’s grown into a somewhat eccentric, slightly detached oddball who literally sees the world as a game.

Moreover, she’s naturally confident and speaks from a position of authority, unafraid of anything. Still, she’s free of malice and warm-hearted and straightforward, so Yuuka seems to overlook her quirks.

However, whether it was taught by someone else or came from Alice herself, she’s stained her hands with blood in order to protect everyone. Kai, though, is exempt (because he’s family).

Name: Tendō Kai

Her appearance resembles Alice, flipped horizontally and with inverted colors. Her halo, like during her AMAS body phase, is shaped identically to Alice’s, but mirrored left-to-right and colored pink.

The most noticeable differences are her hair length and the large black ribbon at the back. Though she has long hair, unlike Alice, it doesn’t drag on the ground.

Her voice is similar to Alice’s—slightly lower, stronger, and delivered in a calm, detached tone. Like Alice, she could be considered an android with an artificial body, yet she displays rich emotions and lacks overt mechanical traits. The fact that she wields a massive railgun suggests her physical strength is also comparable to Alice’s.

In daily life, she seems indistinguishable from an ordinary human; even among regular people, she causes no sense of incongruity, yawning or going out to eat just like anyone else. She can cook and has normal taste perception.

She belongs to the Special Phenomena Investigation Department, while also working part-time in the Game Development Department.

Since the Special Phenomena Investigation Department operates irregularly and on a part-time basis, once major incidents are resolved, she spends almost all her time solely focused on game development. Alongside Yūka, she often plays the role of a concerned mother, keeping an eye on the members’ rather disorganized personal lives.
