Inspired by The Count of Monte Cristo. This is a parody with a gender-swap twist. Edmond Dantes was betrayed and sent to the Prison Château d'If for 12 long years, during that time he befriended the Alchemist Abbé Faria, who taught Edmond how to think and fight with reason and calculated precision. But in exchange for Edmond's assistance with Alchemy, and they're joined efforts in escaping. One day, Edmond tested the Elixir of Life, Abbé's life work, a potion that he discovered when translating an ancient Kemetic manuscript while serving in Napoleon's army. The potion granted Edward immortality and agelessness, but also changed his form into that of a beautiful woman's. After escaping, Edmond, now under the alias of Christine, plundered the riches hidden on the isle of Monte-Cristo, with the help of the smuggler Jacopo, her most loyal confidant. With wealth, power and cunning at her fingertips, she assumes the title Comtesse de Monte-Cristo, as she becomes an agent of vengeance, who will stop at nothing.
