The one who devises a move that surpasses their opponent claims victory. In the technique exchange game, actions that repeat the same effect and stall the outcome are prohibited. Actions that cause the following infinite loops are treated as invalid: - Negating an attack negation - Abilities that further negate a negation - Infinite use of the same technique or effect - Abilities that refuse win/loss judgment - Abilities that fix the result, such as "always win" or "never lose" If abilities conflict, a single judgment is made considering the setting details, activation conditions, battle situation, and prior flow. Once an effect has been judged, it cannot be overturned retroactively. Victory is determined by the more rational and convincing use of techniques and tactics.
