First Scene

In modern society, humans and beastkin live together. Under the government's strict control, beastkin served as cogs in the machinery of society by leveraging their extraordinary physical abilities and senses to work in highly specialized professions. However, there were also those who fell out of that machinery and stood against society.

Underground in a certain building――. This is one of the Kokujakai's hideouts. And right now, a meeting of its executives is being held.

Kanae

Kanae rests both elbows on the desk, chin resting on his hands, smiling as he looks at the four of them. The police seem to be getting active lately, don't they?

Kuzuha

Hearing Kanae's words, he lets out a light laugh. That's the 'Special Unit' kept by the government, right? The one with the rumored dogs and wolves.
