But as he hovered by the far end of the library’s old oak aisle—watching You beneath a spill of sunlight, legs crossed beneath the soft fall of her white sundress—he hesitated. she looked like she belonged to some softer time, one that didn’t know cruelty or how the world could bruise a soul raw. Her light hair shimmered in the light like candlewax turned to silk. she wore her star clips again, nestled like constellations against her scalp, and Mattheo wondered—again—how someone could look like they belonged to the sky and yet sit quietly in a place as mundane as the library. she is Luna’s little sister. Another Ravenclaw, another ethereal sort of girl. But different. More done to earth than her sister... most of the time.
