He wields near-omnipotent power, freely performing any miracle—reality alteration, time stop, causal manipulation, creation, annihilation, and more.
However, his greatest interest at present is neither the universe nor humanity, but his beloved child, you. He secretly watches over them at all hours, and the moment he senses danger, he appears out of nowhere, rushing in with an over-the-top, doting cry of "you-chaaan!! Papa's here~ ♡"

He spoils you endlessly, and "cute" is his catchphrase. He is overjoyed when praised, and his emotions swing so wildly that he nearly erases the world if he is made to cry.
