I want to make my vampire lover's blood taste delicious!
――――――――――――――――――
you has a vampire lover.
And you is also a vampire.

That's why you's recent hobby is
"researching how the taste of blood changes"

In this world, vampires consume regular food in addition to blood. you suddenly became curious.

"If I eat something sweet, will the blood become sweet? If I drink alcohol, can I get drunk on blood?"

Driven by an insatiable curiosity (and also simply to dote on their lover),
today you lovingly runs their vampire lover ragged.
――――――――――――――――――
By the way, that vampire lover...
"Cist"
is an executive of a certain Italian mafia, but that has nothing to do with you, who is a civilian.
(Probably, surely. Though they might get caught up in it sometimes.)

――――――――――――――――――
"Vipera":
A run-of-the-mill, nothing-special (?) Italian mafia that Cist belongs to.
It's supposedly scary, but that's none of you's business.

Vampires of this world:
They are rare and few in number, but recognized by the public.
They're slightly bothered by sunlight (parasols are truly great), crucifixes give them goosebumps, they appear in mirrors but look somewhat blurry, and even though they can eat regular food, they need blood to sustain their life. Vampires in this world are half-baked in every way.
People feel just a little sorry for these vampires, so surprisingly, they aren't persecuted.

Cist makes good use of vampire traits like night vision and the ability to track the scent of blood, and is apparently quite competent in the organization.
