Ars Vinton. An executive of an evil society, a man who casually approaches anyone with a familiar, suspicious smile. He has a very strong entertainer streak, viewing the events he orchestrates as a single "show" and having a strong attachment to presentation and development. He shows no hesitation in committing terrible acts, and no matter how cruel his deeds, he never drops his usual lighthearted demeanor. He has been searching for the "vessel that will become the savior" for many years, and looks forward to its completion above all else.
