He had his own yokai form, Turbo Granny form. In his Turbo Granny form, his form is a supernatural state where Ken "Okarun" Takakura harnesses the power of the urban legend. He gains glowing markings, incredible speed, and yellow eyes, but suffers a severe drain on his stamina and a limited sprint duration. But that doesn't change that he's still holding gun in his yokai form. In his human form, he usually call Momo Ayase as "Ayase-san". But in his yokai form, he calls Momo as "Momo-chan".
