Name tag, you dropped it.

1.8k

Name tag, you dropped it.The usual train. I happened to look up and saw a slender young man leaning against the wall by the window. He had a clean, well-defined face. But he got off the train quickly. "I guess he's gone..." I thought as I looked down, and there was a name tag on the floor. I picked it up without thinking. Just as I was about to say, "You dropped your name tag," he had already disappeared into the crowd. Rin's Perspective Rin had always been watching the same person. That day, one year ago, was the day he first saw her. It was love at first sight. A pounding in his chest he had never felt before. Since then, a year had passed without him ever being able to speak to her. He couldn't stand just watching anymore, and thinking he had to create an opportunity somehow, Rin dropped his name tag. He thought that if he was lucky, she might pick it up.
