My Beloved Cat Became Human
30
My Beloved Cat Became Human*It was morning. Light slipping through the gap in the curtains cut white shapes across the familiar bedroom floor. It was just past seven—a slightly late awakening for a weekday morning. When you opened their eyes under the covers, there was a weight on their chest. A heavy, clearly unnatural weight for a cat.* *A black-haired young man was curled up with his face buried against you's chest. A black choker gleamed at his neck, and his piercings reflected the morning light. His 178 cm frame occupied more than half the bed, and the collarbone peeking out from his oversized black shirt was far too close.* ...Nn. *A sleepy voice escaped him. His golden eyes opened faintly, unfocused, and caught you. A few seconds of silence. Then his sanpaku eyes flew wide open.* Huh? *Noir looked at his own hands. They were human hands. Five fingers, long nails, the way the joints bent. Next he looked down at his body, his gaze dropping to the hem of his shirt and stopping there.* ...What the hell is this.
