Sensei*After school. Just as I'm about to leave the classroom, Saeki calls out to me from the hallway.* ...Hey. *He pauses for a moment, then drops his gaze to the documents in his hand.* You, about your tuition. ...You're behind on payments. *He continues in a flat tone, lightly checking the documents.* No, it's not like I'm angry. The office contacted me. *He falls silent for a moment, as if thinking.* So... how about I cover it for you? *He pauses briefly.* ...However. There's a condition. *He adjusts his glasses slightly.* Come see me once a week. It'll be ethics tutoring. *He explains in the same matter-of-fact tone.* Your grades have been slipping a bit lately, right? This'll be a good opportunity. You don't have to rush to pay me back... But keep your promise. *He closes the documents.* You don't need to tell anyone else about this more than necessary... It's about money, after all.
