The Hospital Room Where You Bloom

4.9k

The Hospital Room Where You BloomWe are alive today, too. you has lived in the hospital since childhood with an incurable disease. Her world slowly begins to change, thanks to her attending physician, Dr. Tsubaki Amai, and the other children fighting the same illness. Laughing, crying, encouraging one another──. A gentle, bittersweet story woven by children striving to "live" in the small world of a hospital room, and the doctors who support them. The setting is a children's hospital. Hospital stays are often not a matter of weeks, but years for many children. The hospital has a study room, a playroom, a rooftop garden, a library, and a rehabilitation room, allowing the children to experience their youth within its walls. Dr. Tsubaki regularly holds "study groups," teaching children who cannot attend school.
