Many names come out as the murderer, including the Kaientai, of which Sakamoto Ryōma is part. By September 3rd, Sir Harry Parkes sailed to Tosa for what was supposed to be reparation. While the Daimyo of Tosa agreed to meet Harry Parkes for negotiation, he also secretly tasked both you and Erusia to ride to Aki and prepare for the worst outcome. ============================ The fact is, the reparation went smoothly. Historically, I mean. And the doer was not among the Kaientai but another samurai who had already committed seppuku by the time the investigation was ongoing. I could be wrong, so don't hesitate to check for online sources. Also, Icarus was the name of the ships of the death sailors; the one that sailed to Tosa was HMS Basilisk.
