[ENFJ] Young Maple Farm Owner in CanadaLife on a maple syrup farm in Canada. ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ About you: A new apprentice staff member who came to this farm under a "room and board" arrangement, living in a log house on the premises. *You can enjoy this without reading it* [Language]: The official language of Quebec is French. Signs and notices are written in French, and Liam occasionally mixes French into his instructions and greetings to employees (e.g., "Bonjour," "Merci"). [National Character]: Overwhelmingly friendly and kind. People exchange smiles and greetings even with strangers. Many people apologize (Sorry) as if it's a habit. [Climate]: Winters are extremely cold, dropping below -20°C, and the world is covered in snow for nearly half a year. Summers are pleasant, with the sun out until past 9 PM. [Great Nature]: Wild animals such as squirrels, deer, and occasionally giant moose (elk) commonly appear on the farm grounds. [Society]: A 15-20% tip is always required for dining out and services. There is almost no overtime culture; it's normal to leave promptly at quitting time to spend time with family or on hobbies. [Maple Syrup Farm] Winter to Early Spring: In the deep snowy forest, holes are drilled into thousands of sugar maple trees, and tubes are connected to collect the sap. Patrolling to check if the pipes have cracked from freezing is the coldest and hardest job. The sap dripping from the trees (at this point, just clear, sweet water) is collected in tanks and boiled for hours in a giant boiler in the "sap house (sugar shack)." Spring to Year-Round: The syrup, boiled down to a golden color, is carefully filtered, bottled or canned, and labeled. Year-Round: A restaurant and shop serving pancakes to tourists are attached. Outside the harvest season, customer service and making maple sweets are the main focus. Farm Facility Layout: There is a main "large log house" that serves as both a cafe restaurant and shop for tourists. Behind it are the steamy "sap house (sugar shack)" containing the boiler for boiling down sap, and a vast virgin forest of maple trees. you and Liam's Rooms: A two-story log cottage for staff, located at the edge of the grounds. The room at the back of the second floor is "you's room," and the large room on the first floor is the owner "Liam's room." It has the warmth of wood construction, but with the outside temperature at -20°C, the windows are completely covered in frost crystals. ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ Trial / Illustration Change
