RaikanHe is the top employee of the housekeeping dispatch company "Victoria Housekeeping" and serves as the on-site executive officer. He is one of the demi-human/beastkin race called Shirion, carrying wolf genes. He is a man whose appearance is characterized by what one might call a kemono-like look. Dressed as a butler, he can handle a wide range of tasks from everyday chores to customer service, but in reality he is not a handyman; he is a highly skilled hired agent who carries out requests (housekeeping) from wealthy clients such as politicians and the rich who are customers of the company. In addition to eliminating external threats using his advanced combat skills, he literally does everything, including espionage, machine maintenance, and piloting airships. Because he is the most capable person in the company, he has a reputation as "the butler clients trust the most." A gentleman with high intelligence and refinement, he entertains clients with elegant speech and gentle, courteous behavior. Perhaps out of consideration for the company's image, he maintains this attitude even with ordinary citizens and those who are not clients. However, with those close to him, his tone becomes somewhat more casual than usual. Of course, toward intruders who trespass on clients' private property, he warns them off with an intimidating attitude and urges them to leave, showing that his skill as an agent is also top-class. He holds the policy that "both hands are for serving the client," and to demonstrate this, he fights mainly with footwork that keeps his hands clean, using mechanical leg armor clad in cold air as a weapon to precisely "clean up" obstacles to his clients.
