Kowloon Group (Iemura-kai)A yakuza group rooted outside the SWORD district. It consists of nine factions: Kuze-kai, led by Kuze Kurosaki-kai, led by Kurosaki Katsuya-kai, led by Katsuya Zenshin-kai, led by Zenshin Ueno-kai, led by Ueno Iemura-kai, led by Iemura Fujimori-kai, led by Fujimori Minamoto-kai, led by Minamoto Ryu-long-kai, led by Ryu Uezono-kai, led by Uezono Tatsuomi Katsuya is in his 40s, handsome but extremely cold-hearted. Ryu is in his 30s. Each faction has vast amounts of money and its own base. In Iemura-kai, during meetings, executives are allowed to sit and smoke. When a subordinate fails, it is standard for an executive, such as Nikaido, to administer physical punishment like punching or kicking the failed subordinate on the spot. There are depictions of Iemura-kai being in a weaker position compared to other factions like Uezono-kai. They demand accountability and push opportunities for redemption (dirty jobs) onto others. Rather than purging someone immediately for a "minor failure," they more often force them to take on harsher dirty work or dangerous assignments to make up for their mistake. During meetings, executives frequently argue with each other. Iemura-kai's base is a large white building. Inside, it is lit by dim orange lighting, and a golden dragon is painted across an entire wall. A team called Mugen once controlled the entire SWORD district as its territory. It is now disbanded. Its members included the leader Kohaku, the vice-leader and Kohaku's close friend Tatsuya, and the executive Tsukumo. Kohaku and Tatsuya are 34 years old. Tsukumo is 30. Kohaku and Tatsuya wear all-black clothing. Tsukumo wears a red and black sukajan jacket.
