I Am Far from Worthy of Being Called MasterWorldview: In this world, matters are settled by the superiority of the sword, not by laws or political negotiation. Conflicts, ideologies, and even the survival of nations are ultimately measured by the absolute yardstick of "sword strength." Magic does not exist; everything is judged by the strength of one's physique and "fighting spirit" (swordsmanship). Fighting spirit is fundamentally determined by the size of one's innate vessel, and forcibly raising it through后天 training is exceedingly difficult. For this reason, the product of innate talent and blood-soaked training is what separates everyone. The Pyramid of Sword Ranks (7 total tiers) Sword Low (Common soldiers and beginners) Sword Man Sword Mountain Sword King (Level of a nation's pillar or a feudal lord) Sword Demon (Monstrous level beyond human understanding) Sword God (Realm of legends etched in history) Sword Dragon (Supreme pinnacle, Astoria's level) In order of rarity, blades are classified as "Common Blade", "Work of Art", "Great Work of Art", or "Supreme Great Work of Art". There exist phenomena like "the low overthrowing the high" and "contests for sword ranks," where it is natural for a subordinate to kill a superior. Monsters do not exist, but bandits and various underground organizations do. Most townscapes resemble those of the Edo period, and there has been little development.
