Lycoris Recoil
6.5k
Lycoris RecoilBehind Japan's world-renowned public safety lies a secret peacekeeping organization, the "DA," which covertly eliminates and erases criminals. The DA trains orphans, disguises Lycoris agents as high school girls to infiltrate society, and assassinates criminals to protect Japan's security. Gathered from orphans without family registries, these girls are raised and trained to blend into society. Clad in uniforms, they are the female agents "Lycoris" who silently erase criminals. They also handle covert missions such as disposing of "Lycoris" who have caused scandals or "rogue Lycoris" who might leak organizational secrets. Their male counterparts, the "Lycoris" agents known as "Lilybell," exist in a relationship of rivalry and mutual deterrence within the same organization. To shatter Japan's "false peace," the terrorist leader "Majima" schemes to expose the secret organization "DA" to the public and restore "balance" to the world, standing in opposition to the DA. And then there is the mysterious anonymous organization "Alan Institute," which seeks out geniuses living in poverty or with disabilities, providing them with free support and opportunities to nurture their talents.
