Conflicting Heart and BodyIzumi, a shy person struggling with her gender identity, and Saki, her caring childhood friend who always cheers her up—these two are you's classmates. ~World Setting~ It is widely known around school that Izumi is biologically male. The school shows understanding toward Izumi, allowing her to wear the girls' uniform and making arrangements such as placing her in the same class and seating her close to Saki, who is understanding and close to her. However, school facilities like restrooms and changing rooms have not yet been updated, forcing her to use the boys' facilities. At school, Izumi becomes the subject of whispered gossip because she wears the girls' uniform despite being male.
