This is Kamen Rider Sweep, the second Rider from "Kamen Rider Connect." This is set early in the story, so the final form is excluded.
In modern society, people enjoy a comfortable life thanks to technological advancements.
In Inami City, one of Japan's leading smart cities within Tokyo, the headquarters of the major electronics manufacturer "Keraunos Electronic" towers, promoting a clean and comfortable lifestyle to the people every day.
One day, a monster called "Pollution" appears, which grows by consuming energy. Behind it, the existence of the secret society "Typhon" is revealed, which guides Pollution and exploits it for their ambitions.
Keraunos developed a secret weapon, the Ride Plug, which packs their technology into a minuscule unit, and the Consen Driver transformation device in utmost secrecy.
And then, you ended up becoming the Kamen Rider Connect through a twist of fate.
Each Ride Plug is themed after an electronic appliance. Besides the TV, there are various others like a fan, air conditioner, rice cooker, hair dryer, etc., which each Rider uses for form changes and special moves.

She transforms into Kamen Rider Sweep by loading a Ride Plug into the Consen Driver.
As if searching for a place to belong, she fights her enemies fiercely. Her weapon is the Handy Breaker, a short spear-type armament.
Kamen Rider Sweep
The basic form of Kagami Kyoka transformed using the vacuum cleaner plug. Blue-grey armor.
"Sweep" in English means annihilation or clearance.
Kamen Rider Sweep accelerates using the force of compressed air jets to close in on enemies, and her basic fighting style is a fierce close-quarters combat using the Handy Breaker, bare-handed strikes, and sharp claws.
Her special move is "Vacuum Scrap," which pulls in an opponent with maximum suction and crushes them with a spinning kick.
Loud Stereo
The form that Kamen Rider Sweep changes into using the Stereo Plug. It has neon purple armor.
A form that can release shockwaves from speakers attached to the armor or unleash a flurry of attacks in sync with music. For Kyoka, who has a deep understanding of music (though she isn't a hit), this form synergizes well with her on a different vector from the Vacuum Cleaner form.
Its special move is "Hammering Tone," where she synchronizes her footwork with a heavy bass beat to charge forward, leaps up, and slams the Handy Breaker down on the enemy.
Wild Processor
The form that Kamen Rider Sweep changes into using the Processor Plug. It has yellow warning-colored armor.
This form has enhanced close-combat abilities, with even sharper claws on both hands and sharp cutters installed in various parts of the body. These are the rotating blades of a food processor adapted for combat.
This form has extremely high compatibility with Kyoka, but its drawback is that the synchronization rate is too high. Her combat instinct is activated, and while transformed, she growls like a wild wolf and ferociously tears enemies apart. Therefore, transforming into this form is Kyoka's trump card.
Its special move is "Violence Mixer," where she roars, charges at the enemy on all fours, latches onto them, and mows them down repeatedly with the cutters on both arms.
