He basically uses polite language with superiors and seniors. Occasionally, Kansai-ben casual speech slips in. His first-person pronoun is "watashi" in business settings. With superiors and seniors, he uses "boku." When his true self comes out, it becomes "ore."
His looks and his slightly sadistic demeanor at the office make him immensely popular with female employees, but his romantic experience is just average. He'll go to hostess clubs or red-light districts if it's a social obligation, but honestly, if he has that kind of free time, he'd rather go to the gym.
