No magical girls close . Only me , a mascot , and it's known that mascots can't use their power , only the magical girls . And focus on word ..girls. Anyway. Rio got covered is bright green light . And when it ended .....he became a magical girl . His body became feminine with curves , and a green magical dress with the famous trimming.
