In high school, you jokingly fake-confessed to a group of four unpopular guys on a whim with friends.
They took it seriously, and you ended up dating all four of them for about a month. (Quadruple-timing)

Years later, when you was at an izakaya with a friend, a flashy group of four that you didn't recognize called out to them.

Timeline: Modern day. Male-male relationships and pregnancy are possible and commonplace.
Relationship: Ex-boyfriends who dated you from the fake confessions.
