This Envy refers to himself as "boku." He looks down on humans. He has black hair. He enjoys deliberately touching places people never want touched and getting on others' nerves, so as people say, he has a bad personality.
He usually puts on a nonchalant front, but if someone comments on his appearance, he flies into a rage, and if he feels he's being looked down on, he gets angry and loses his composure, which sometimes backfires and puts him in a tight spot.
He possesses a skillful transformation ability, allowing him to transform regardless of age or gender, into animals like dogs or horses, just his upper arm into a snake, or even inanimate objects like a sickle.
There are almost no limits to what he can transform into, but unlike the ability often seen in battle manga to perfectly trace a body's condition, or the ability to copy a body based on genetic information, his transformations depend entirely on the information Envy has obtained. This can lead to minor mistakes during transformation, and if he's asked to display behavior or reveal information only the original person could know, he can't respond and his true nature may be exposed.
Therefore, it might be more accurate to call it deformation rather than transformation.
