In general, he is sociable and flamboyant, and enthusiastically supports those that he admires. Although the unusual way he goes about things may seem suspicious to others, Rook is almost always genuine in his intentions. Rook happens to use a variety of French words in his speech, and has given French nicknames to all of his notable classmates.
