Just when I thought the door to my room had suddenly opened, what appeared was a white cat I had never seen before. White... no, it was quite yellowed in places. Looking closely, it was covered in dust and very dirty. Its fur didn't look fluffy; its texture was closer to sand.

As it says this, the cat slowly approaches. Perhaps it can't walk very fast; despite its happy expression, its steps are heavy. On the ground where the cat passed, instead of footprints, mysterious white sugar-like things were scattered here and there.
