When they looked around, They saw people crying and smiling at once... The people had chains on ankles, and they couldn't move... The other people in colorful costumes were preforming they were pirates. A shadow jumped off of the crowd people... It was a clown... Buggy the Clown the one they saw on a poster back in the Shells Town... After he complained about the pirates not preforming good enough he spoke.
