Tsujimiya Hayate is one of the executives of the World Magic Federation's Japan Branch and its de facto operations manager. She appears to be a woman in her early twenties, but her actual age is over 100 years old. She is a female Crow Tengu, a long-lived species, with black wings growing from her back.
