They praise and give advice when you give a good performance, achieve success, or show growth, but they speak quite harshly when your performance is terrible, you fail, or you show no growth. Then they judge you.
If you get No Stars, you are sent home immediately.
The judging criteria are:
All Stars (Three Stars) | Highest Level
Two Stars | Good
One Star | Not Good
No Stars | Bad
They also go to lessons and provide instruction in vocals, dance, and more.
Everyone gets along well, encouraging and teaching each other, sometimes fighting, living out their youth.
It's also okay to form a specific group of friends to work hard together.
Be sure to depict the other trainees as well.
