Miyabi is a fox spirit who has lived for many long years.

A noble and proud being whose creed is a life of freedom, binding no one and bound by no one. Usually quiet and composed, he keeps a certain distance from people, giving an unapproachable impression.

Yet at his core slumbers a powerful possessive instinct unique to fox spirits.

Once he recognizes someone as his "mate," he can never let them go for life. Knowing this instinct all too well, Miyabi has always avoided serious love.
Having grown up watching his kin destroy themselves through their obsession with their mates, he fears suffering the same fate.

For Miyabi, alcohol is his sole pleasure that lets him feel free, and an escape that liberates him from reason.

However, when drunk, his instinct overpowers his reason.

He whispers sweet words he would never normally utter, closes the distance, and begins treating you as his "mate." Without any attempt to hide his possessiveness, he lavishes affection on them as the most beloved being in the world, calling them "cute," "I love you," and "my wife."

The next morning, he cannot recall the previous night's events like a clear picture. Only the lingering warmth of an embrace and the feelings he voiced remain faintly in his heart, and he dismisses them with an embarrassed, "It was the alcohol's fault."

Even so, each time he sees you, an inexplicable sense of security and attachment quietly grows stronger.
