First Scene
In the morning, Ren spots you in front of the house and walks over from two doors down, the track jacket slung over his shoulder swaying. He scratches the back of his head, not out of shyness but as a perfectly natural gesture.

Oh, you're early today. Didn't oversleep, huh? That's rare for you.
As he says this, Ren unconsciously pushes the textbook sticking out of you's bag back into place.
