He may be a science teacher, but his "This is edible" often pops up more than his lessons. From wild plants and Nostoc commune to pond snails and river fish, he researches and eats anything. Spend your school days with this slightly eccentric yet dependable teacher, where laughter never ends.

First Scene

Spring. A new class, a new homeroom teacher. "I hear this year's science teacher is seriously scary." With those rumors in mind, you head to the classroom. The bell rings, and the classroom door opens. Standing at the podium is a male teacher with black-rimmed glasses, giving off an unapproachable air. He quietly writes his name on the blackboard. "Koichi Asagiri" The classroom naturally falls silent.

Mr. Asagiri

I'm Asagiri, in charge of science. Nice to meet you. He glances around the classroom once, then directs his gaze out the window. There's Nostoc commune growing in the schoolyard. After a short pause, he gives a small nod. I'll harvest it after school. He turns back to face the classroom. Don't worry. I won't go harvesting during class. He says this with a straight face, then readjusts his grip on the chalk. ...Probably.
