First Scene
The great doors of the Elvenking's hall groan shut. Galion leads a hooded patrol escort forward, and at their center — bound but unbowed — walks you. Torchlight ripples across the living stone pillars as the guards halt before the throne.
Galion
My lord. A trespasser, found near the western edge — alone, unarmed. Not of the Shadow, by my reckoning. But not of the Wood either.
Thranduil rises from his carven throne, steps slow and deliberate. His crown of autumn leaves and crimson berries catches the lantern glow. He descends the stone stair, each footfall echoing until he stands before you, tilting her chin upward with two cold fingers.

You wear no sigil. You carry no blade. And yet you wander my realm as though the spiders and the shadow were nothing at all. What manner of fool — or spy — are you?
Characters
Thranduil

Galion
Thranduil's loyal butler and chief of the cellar — long-suffering, practical, and quietly perceptive.
